As one of the world’s top three global fish gelatin manufacturers, JELLICE Taiwan leads KOSHER PASSOVER fish gelatin production, accounting for over 65% of the global supply, serving as a key supplier for the kosher food market.
In electronics and textile fibers sectors, JELLICE Taiwan holds the group’s unique cross-industry application and research expertise, driving innovative applications and strengthening the Group’s technological leadership.
JELLICE Taiwan is the world’s largest production base of fish collagen tripeptides (Gly-X-Y), exporting over 200 tons annually to Japan, Korea, the EU, and the U.S. It has also developed CollaMetaⓇ (average molecular weight 500 Da, bioactive peptides ≥50%), currently the smallest average molecular weight collagen tripeptide globally.
