JELLICE Taiwan is the largest manufacturer and supplier of food-grade gelatin, collagen peptides, and collagen tripeptides in Taiwan. Inheriting 80 years of Japanese expertise in protein and bioactive peptide production, our manufacturing processes and production technologies have reached international standards.
To specialize in protein applications and research, we established the Bioactive Peptide Research Center, focusing on modern product development and functional food applications. Continuous refinement and innovation are essential to maintaining a competitive edge in today’s intense global market.
Regarding food safety, JELLICE Taiwan implements full traceability from raw materials to finished products, with multiple layers of in-house and third-party testing to ensure consistent product quality. Our certifications and approvals include FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, Halal, Kosher, FDA inspections, and we are the only company in Taiwan authorized to export to Europe.
In terms of environmental sustainability, we have obtained ISO 14001, 14064-1, and 14067 certifications, establishing a comprehensive environmental management system with transparent carbon reporting. We have also implemented solar energy systems to create a low-carbon supply chain, leading the industry in sustainable practices and contributing to global environmental protection.

JELLICE Taiwan, is located in the Pinnan Industrial Zone, Established in 1996, it was originally part of China Synthetic Rubber Corporation and remains the only food-grade gelatin manufacturer in Taiwan. Utilizing near-automated production processes, the facility has passed EU inspections and FDA audits, making it one of only two companies in Asia authorized to export gelatin and collagen to the EU.
Following operational adjustments by CSRC Group, the company joined the JELLICE Group in 2004 and was renamed Jellice Pioneer Private Limited Taiwan Branch (Singapore), becoming a leader in Taiwan’s protein raw material industry.
Building on technology transfers from the JELLICE Group, JELLICE Taiwan actively recruits domestic and international researchers, focusing on functional and bioactive peptide R&D. The company has launched globally leading animal-based protein products, including food and pharmaceutical-grade gelatin, collagen peptides, functional collagen tripeptides, and by-products from animal fats, sourced from pork, fish, beef, and poultry. Thanks to its innovative R&D, JELLICE Group has become one of the world’s top five gelatin and collagen manufacturers and the largest in Taiwan. Its products are marketed to the EU, Japan, Korea, the United States, and other regions, securing its position as a “hidden champion” in Taiwan’s industry.
